Resting from Outdoor Track Season till June 22nd

Finally done with the season, 1500 miles of running since december on the most structured 24 week training plan ever. For the first time I proved to myself that I can do high mileage by hitting 82.5 miles during one of the 80 mile weeks. As of now I am resting, most definitely going to bike a lot to keep other muscles and the stamina in shape. Going to lift and do ab workouts during these days of rest.

Muscles worked on today:
Lower Back (superman exercise), Triceps, Biceps, Push-ups, Calves (Heel Raises, toe raises, shins), Lunges, and Tim Broe exercise (I met Tim Broe at a Running Camp last year founded by my Coach, he showed us exercises that the elite runners do).

I will be back June 22nd to start training again. Until then good luck to everyone with their summer training.
