third girl behind Katie and Rachel, 26th overall
didn't feel ready to race but wanted to beat Genevieve..I let her pass me before the mile and she stayed in front. I was pretty negative and didn't push as well as a could have. I kicked with 300m to go and passed her though. I'm excited to start doing workouts and mentally prepare myself for the xc season and races.
