Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Decided to do some situational running today to practice how I want to start Dayton next month. The plan was do go out in 6:30 and just hold for 5 miles, maybe dropping down to 6:20 if I felt like it. First mile was pretty close to plan, but I sped up way too much for the last 4 miles. I can't afford to do that next month or I might DNF like in Baltimore so it was good to remind myself of that. On the good side, it felt super easy today, even when I was dropping sub 6s. It was much easier than tempo effort.
