Comments:
If any of you guys come to visit me, I'm taking you on this loop. It's awesome and I always have a good run doing it.
Progression: 7:20-5:14 pace. I averaged about 6:50 pace for the first half then started cranking it, dropping about :15 a mile for the remaining 7
