Long Run

Long run!!! BOOYAHHHH!!! Feeling great today. My heel (I think it’s my achilles) was hurting a little during the first mile but the pain went away as I went on. I stretched it right at the 1rst mile mark. It was tight but no pain and no pain afterwords praise the Lord. My right knee ached some afterwords (which is the first time that’s happened since I got home) but it wasn’t bad and considering the distance I ran on concrete it doesn’t really concern me.
