Run wth Christen!

Comments:
Wanted to do something today since I skipped last Friday and she really pushed me. My pace was a lot faster and there was no walking which was great. My achilles was tight and slightly painful the entire run. I stopped to stretch it twice. It wasn't bad enough to make me stop (no where near that) just bugs me that it isn't going away. Threw in some extra heel raises to help out.
