Pretty good, my legs are beginning to get worn out from all the biking, but whatev, I still stayed at my normal pace. On a few of the hills I absolutely annihilated myself to feel that biker burn. You know, the burn in your quads that makes you want to pass and cry because its so good. I'm not saying I went fast, I didn't, I went all out.
