Comments:
i was feeling kinda tired out of the door this morning, and started out around 730 pace for the first 4 miles. i ran at henderson park, which is pretty hilly, but not so bad. i was gonna do 8, but then decided to do 9, and figured why not just do 10. i started to feel better over the course of the run, and picked up the pace a bit. i got a good hurdle going up one of the hills, short, but it felt good. ran 620-630 for the last mile home. ended up being a pretty alright run.
