Comments:
this run was ehh...felt alright til around the skate park on the way there. after that i started to feel a stomachcramp coming . just kept going but on the way back before the 6 i had to stop. i hunched over from pain from a stomach cramp. never felt one that bad. couldn't even stand straight
cause i felt the muscle stretch it just sucked. honestly didnt know you could get a full on cramp like that in ur stomach. had to wait til i could finally at least stand. went back a bit slower still a good pace just a bit slower though. just really sucked rest of the run. hate monday runs in general too.
ohh shoulders and back were hurting pretty badly to.
