Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran with Tom and Jon, neither who have run much this summer. Ran all together for a little over 4 miles at 7:10-7:20 pace for Jon's sake and then we decided to meet him at the end. Tom and I pick it up a bit and did the next 2 miles at 6:40-7:00 (rough estimate because I wasn't checking). I decided to keep dropping it down because my legs felt good so it ended up being more of a progression run than the original ~7:20 easy run we set out for.
