Weather: calm, warm

Comments:
Running has not been very pretty for me since the marathon... This is my 4th or 5th time since then that I've run. I'm also sick right now, but its as good a time to start back up as any I guess. Kinda slow, but this felt like normal pace for me. Legs felt tired but good for about 3.5 miles, then my right shin started to hurt... Haven't had a pain free run since the beginning of the summer it seems.
