Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
workout with carey around Fresh Pond in Belmont with 2:50 rest in between. it was pretty flat, but we had to run around a lot of people and dogs. went well, 1st lap was a bit faster than the first because we started the first lap too fast. felt pretty comfortable after the first lap. second lap also started just as fast. legs started getting heavy halfway through the second lap, but i just tried to hold the pace and keep the breathing calm and steady. pretty confident coming into the season after this workout. pace wasn't as fast as I though after mapping this out, but moving around people/dogs did take some work so that may shave off a few seconds per mile. barefoot strides afterwards.
