Weather: sunny and kinda warm

Comments:
This run was okay but our warm up was wayyy too fast so my shins kind of hurt. Hills were not fun. I felt really sluggish during the relays but they were fun. Long cool down.

Note: Warm up wasn't a full three miles but made it up before relays.
