CRAZY CORE!!! Wasn't really counting but it was hard... worked out my legs too to supplement practice...
Abs: at least 300+?? Idk but lots...
Arms: 50
Legs: 150+?
Jumping Jacks: 200
Anyway, got a good workout in so yay!! Feeling it in my thighs and knees... thank-you christen for your crazy motivation...
