Comments:
Not as hot as last few weeks. lots of wind.
1M warm-up/cool-down
Plan:5-6x1M @ 5:20 (t-pace) w/ 1 min rest.
Did:5x1M (5:31, 5:14, 5:26, 5:25, 5:38) Avg: 5:27.
Did not feel good, but not bad either. Difficult with wind, and in trainers. Had trouble finding pace and being comfortable with it. Not a good workout, but not terrible. Much better than last few weeks.
