I'm not in any sort of shape for this but decided that since its my senior year I would do it. Ran about 50 seconds slower than my PR from the spring of sophomore year (either 7:29 or 7:26) which is obviously demoralizing but whatever. Got 5ht, just took it out kinda conservatively and I'm pretty sure I kept the same pace throughout the race actually cause I was at the top of the stairs at like 4:28 or something whihc is just under 6 flat so, solid effort I guess. I was just so out of breath, its so depressing haha. Easy distance for til either monday or tuesday, whichever day I decide to go back to practice.
