Comments:
4xmile w/ 2:45 rest on top of Crest. Pushed too hard on the 2nd repeat and had to back off the gas on the 3rd one or else I wouldn't have been able to finish the workout. First repeat was easy, 2nd repeat difficult and felt very fast, 3rd repeat easy, relaxed, and rhythmic, 4th repeat very fast and strenuous. Pretty good times for a semi hilly course. Probably took a little too much rest
