Comments:
Kickboxing with the new thai coach and doing sandbag, little jump rope. Amazing, I have no achilles discomfort at all, nothing. I am pivoting on it, fast, dynamic movements at odd angles and its fine. Im annoyed. I will try and go for a short run either saturday or sunday IF my new ailment is gone, that right- major shits. No joke. Last night I was up everyhour. Trying to hydrate and eat some brown rice today, carrot juice, anything to calm my stomach down.

I take this ALL as a chance to train under adverse conditions. Good for my mind.
