5 1000's... ow. a great workout but painful and must say it's not my favorite... only got a time for the first one (and last but that was for distance not speed) and it was 4:47. I'm actually really happy with my times even though they got progressively slower. 4:47 would have been a fast race time for me so happy I did that. Overall a good day.
