Weather: mid 8s, but not humid!
Comments:
Drove to STA with daughters. Jogged 16 laps like my father. Felt sluggish and wobbly on the cinders for the first three miles (7:40 pace). Paused for a thorough stretch and then ran the last mile feeling much better (7:25 pace).
