Comments:
woke up feeling sick, had to bike 6 miles there (fast, because i was worried about missing it, making my muscles really stiff), no time to warm up - needless to say, i felt pretty off. i didnt go all out but gave a hard effort. i'd call it a heavy tempo. still feel sick, mainly throat and stomach, hopefully it clears up before camp
