1M warm-up/cool-down
Plan: 5-6x1600m @ 5:00 w/ 4 min recovery. (too much mileage)
Did: 2x1200m (3:45.5, 3:44.9) w/ 3 min(600m) recovery + 2x1600m (5:02.1, 5:02.4) w/ 4 min (600m) recovery + 1x1200m (3:44.1). Great workout. Didn't feel so awesome, but was able to push through and maintain very well.
