Did 4 x 800/200 jog/400/400 jog with the 800s between 3:00 and 3:05 and the 400s between 85 and 88. Felt awesome! Kept them controled and still ran 3:00, 85, 2:58, 84, 2:57, 84, 2:52, 80. I am finally back!!!
