12 x 200 between 40-42 with however much recovery I wanted. Only took 200 jogs and FELT awesome and smooth going 39, 41, 40, 39, 38, 38, 39, 38, 37, 37, 34, 33. Never got to the point where I was super tired. Pumped to race.
