Exercise Type: Run
Weather: cool but sun was annoying
Comments:
Threshold on River Park Track; was okay, pace was 7:52. Hit 7:54, 7:54, 7:47. Achilles thing was terrible on warmup; its always worse when I wake up. Took ibuprofen a half hour before workout. Cooldown was okay but achilles hurt a little bit. Afterwords iced on and off for an hour and a half and did some rehab prescribed by Dr. Binder, MD. Did the exercises a couple hours later. They felt really uncomfortable, will do icing and exercises again tomorrow. Katie was here.
