Weather: Real Nice, High 70's Went Out Around 7 O' Clock

Was debating all day whether to get in a long run for the week or just get the rest of my needed mileage and I opted with the latter of the two since it was first like real week back sorta. Just wanted to average 6 a day so I got that in. Anyways the hills of walther avenue didnt really phase me today since bshr were still fresh in my mind I guess. Out 2.78 in 21:37 back 2.77 in 20:17 and the way back is definitely alot harder since the majority of the way out is downhill. Didnt really feel like I was pushing too hard with the exception of the last 600 I opened up to about 7 flat pace or so which is good. Then just tacked on an extra like .12 or something for the hell of it. Started my weights again tonight, just did 20 reps of each of my 5 leg things to make sure I'm not completely dead tomorrow. All one run.
