Got back to Wisconsin and was able to make it to the team's practice. First we did core in the grass for awhile, then a triple bluff which was really tiring, I was winded at the top of the bluff hill, then we did some weird drill stuff: burpees, run 100m ish, pushups, run 100m, jumping jacks, etc... those took a lot out of me too.
Then I ran with coop and tillman around campus and on part of the course. at 45:00 or so we had made it back to the fieldhouse and i was exhausted so I called it a day. Wake up call for me - I am so out of shape.
