Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a warm-up. No ih deal. Just 1 5 then I DoD my threshold at a slightly faster pace. Didn't feel hard. Was actually waaaay easy. I feel like the course is short....whatever. no pain. Then we did strides and some other stuff.
After all that I did a longish cooldown for the hell of it.
No pain. All is okay.
