Comments:
first 7 relaxed last 7 at a steady pace that dropped as I went. out on the luce line trail. say what you will about needing hills in your training, but running on all flats for my long run really lets me get in a nice long sustained effort in for the last half that feels natural and isn't terribly taxing. I like it.
