Comments:
ran at 3 with andy, martin, jordan for a little bit, a freshman named adam, and a new guy from lacrosse named Dayton. Told martin before that I would run 8 if they kept it slow so that's what we did. Did a backwards loop south. Felt good through about 6 miles then started wondering if I would make it back or not cause I was getting really exhausted. Finally made it back, so out of shape! Core with Kevin and Rob afterwords. Legs are dead.
