Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Woke up and met at taylor at 8 with the guys and shuttled to the parkway. We warmed up 2 miles and began our neg split run. we went out way too fast on the going out part for 25 minutes. Then i fucking died. First workout back is always rough. but overall it was a good pound run. im happy with it.
