Legs felt terrible this morning so just wanted to do a little shake out in prep for tonight's workout. I told Gene I wanted to do 5x1000 over at the park on that one loop where we start at the bottom of heartbreak run the course until you come out of indian where you just go back to where we started instead of going to the finish line..the one where waldt his head on the tree that one time hahahhaha. Anyways felt okay, loosened up nicely though. Barefoot strides and 3 easy runouts in the grass. Legs still feel a little iffy though, hopefully tonight will be good.
