Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This went pretty well I think. I told myself I'd just stay with the top pack for at least the first mile and I did. Total kudos to Kelsey for destroying that last lap; that was ridiculous!!! I kicked nicely at the end and beat my time from last year by about 4 seconds so I guess that's good. I don't know whether I was supposed to run a lot faster than that or something but I guess I did pretty well. I think everybody ran well today and we have a lot to look forward to :)
A lap of striders before, just under two miles barefoot after, and a mile to Tomlinson for delicious lunch with the juniors and kristen :)
