Comments:
Met in the student athlete lounge at 4 for a goal setting session with the team and coach. We went through each meet of the year and set goals for each one. I got pretty pumped up. After how shitty my workout went this morning i started wondering if ill ever be able to get up there with simon and them in cross. Hopefully by patriots. I want to be able to fuck shit up on the course and on the track. Then around 5 we went out for a double and most people only did 3 miles but Jimmy, Skip, and I decided to just go ahead and do 5 miles. This is the most I have ever run in a 7 day stretch.
