Long run. Ran with dan. Felt really good. No shin pain. It was raining pretty hard at the start of the run but stopped before the turn around. Cadence: 178, 180. Splits: 8:28, 7:41, 7:34, 7:31, 7:22, 7:32, 7:24, 7:25, 6:56, 6:58, 6:57, 6:58, 7:37. I was pretty quick the last 5 miles.
