Great kick workout.
Noi is back after 3 years. So I have a big coach to work with. Going to be a big summer. Good prospects to get back in the ring.
Need to work on loading up my punches and looking for something to keep me pumped. Maybe Phosphagen and VO2max.
Next week begin posting detailed kick reports.
