Plan: 1200m+3x1600m+1200m @ I-Pace (75s/lap) w/ 1 min rest per lap of interval
Did: 1200m (3:44.1) + 2x 1600m (5:01.3, 5:03.4) + 2x1200m (3:46.3, 3:46.4).

Tough workout. Started off feeling ok, but legs quickly lost that feeling and had to work too hard to hit times. Wind was a factor.
