Comments:
4x1200 on the track w/ 30s rest in 3:59, 4:02, 4:00, 3:53. Tough workout, but once I got moving the last 500 or so of the last one I felt really really good. just not used to the effort I think...the first 3 I would have liked to have been a bit faster since it was on the track, but still a solid workout overall.
