Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
At the end, I did 20 seconds of turning up the resistance and pedaling hard, and then 40 seconds of easier pedaling. Overall felt a little sore for the first 15, but better for the rest. I had some problems with pacing, but I am taking some notes.
