Weather: sunny but breeze was berry nice
Comments:
I took ibuprofen before this workout unlike yesterdays run and it made a huge difference. I really don't want to be on a cycle of taking ibuprofen before every workout. I felt a little better than yesterday in terms of after the workout. Anyway warmed up with Danielle, Tiffany, and Yolanda, and cool downed with Danielle. 5x120m -ish and 3 sets. LC2, Back, Plank, 100 UP.
