Comments:
3 up, 10x200m with 100m jog for the first 4, 200m for the next 6, 3 down. Started out around 33-34 and held for the first 8. 31, 30 for the last 2. Ran it in trainers and felt very good. Very hot and was dizzy on the cool down.
