10 minute shakeout
20 minute warm-up
sunyac 10k for 8th
23 cool down.
Slow as hell, 33:39. First 5k was slow, but it actually felt like we maintained for the second half. Kicked it in to get the last scoring spot. Still should have caught Greenlaw in 7th, possibly tried to go with Serianni. Ran it weak.
