Ran home from work.

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Sunny, warm, bit humid.

Comments:
Felt a bit tired, but wanted to see if I could manage the longer run home as I was doing a few months ago. I did the route via long lane, frith lane, and then I started to feel really rough, as if I was energy-less and dehydrated. I had a funny moment where I realised that I had pain in my legs, felt sick and weak, but I couldn't feel the pain in my belly, I thought for a while that I had somehow cured myself and I was even a bit worried about having to go to hospital and tell them I'm fine now. The pain came back fairly soon, though. I thought I would continue along Frith Lane and avoid the loop over Mill Hill, and joined up with Holden Road etc and made my way home via Totteridge. Had to stop and walk a few times, but in between I had some really good patches which was a bit strange. Anyway, very pleased to get home and only a bit stiff and sore. Unfortunately sweated so much my phone got wet and broke, and where I was sunburned the other day turned into blisters with drops of sweat underneath, which was a bit gross and is now peeling.
