Comments:
beach workout. pretty tiring not too bad. worst part was my foot would sink in and when i try to push the sand back my ankles would hurt. probaly wasnt pushing off hard enough. on the cooldown the back of my knee started to hurt badly and so were my shins.
hips were also hurting later on when i was walking home. ill try to ice asap.
