Comments:
made some terrible jokes at the beginning of the run-- hope we're not giving the freshmen the wrong impression. it was a good workout-- blind fartlek at the farm. 15 intervals with 1:1 rest. felt good, strong. my foot was fine except towards the end when it was sore. i didn't get it taped because i forgot, but maybe tomorrow. stretched afterwards. i was pretty sore going into the workout, but felt fine during. now i'm still sore. my quads still have a deep soreness that i hope goes away after a bit.
