Comments:
had raging diarrhea. damn...bad stuff man. i ate carne en su jugo the night before but i'm not exactly sure if that was the cause of it. ran on the treadmill and tried to get a workout in. i did a 11x1min hard. took 1 min break in between. felt pretty good. afterwards my stomach felt better, weird stuff man.
