easy morning

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
-2 easy miles
-strength circuit: ew. I'm so very bad at those. and burpees are the scariest thing I know of.
-double abs
-stretching. all of the static stretches seem to only stretch your butt
-meant to do leg hangs but was super hungry so I skipped that
-lots and lots and lots of eating

Long run later today.
