Comments:
Went out around 10:45 today, gotta stop going out so late god damn haha. Anyways just took it real easy cause I'm still pretty sore from yesterday especially in the hammies. Didnt think I was going this slow but hey whatever. Only need to get 42 miles in this week and even with such a low day today I'm still 2 miles ahead of schedule. I originally planned to do 5 or so today but then I realized while I was running that I could actually take it pretty easy and still be okay for my weekly total by far.
