* Course included first 10 miles of slight gradual up-hills mostly with a steeper downhill. After the first ten miles became a little more hilly for four miles, and then the last ten miles steep up-hills with some longer down-hills.

Stretched for 15 minutes.

30 Quad Pulls with Green Band
