felt pretty good today.no pains just really sore. did 6x1000 repeats at 3:40 pace. times were 3:38,3:40,3:41,3:40,3:40,3:41. also did hills and drills.the usual except we only did 1 stride in between drills. felt great and easy during the workout but felt horrible and tired during hills.
